1 ½ oz. Stratusphere™ Original Gin
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
Top with Sparkling Wine/Prosecco
Garnish with Lemon Peel

Instructions:

Add ingredients (except sparkling wine/ prosecco) into an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously to combine/chill. Strain mixture into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine or prosecco of choice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
